Happy spring (we made it)! I have a lot of updates to share with you from the first few months of the year.

Giving Back

Martin Luther King Jr. Day Donation

In January, we honored Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s legacy by donating 25% of the day’s sales to UNCF, supporting their crucial work in education.

UNCF is the nation’s largest minority education organization, focusing on college readiness and graduation.

Black History Month + New Giveback Initiative

This year, we introduced a new way to give back, starting with Black History Month. Now you can effortlessly donate at checkout, and we'll match your contribution, doubling the impact.

In February, Black History Month donations supported Girl Trek, empowering Black women's health and wellness.

Look out for our next “round up to give back” opportunity in May for Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Savvy Giving by Design

We also worked with a new charitable partner, Savvy Giving by Design, to donate softbound notebooks to help fill their thoughtful kids’ boxes – specially curated care packages for children recovering from a medical crisis.

Events + Product Launches

The first part of the year was a busy one! There was so much newness and excitement – from new product innovations to new events and design collections – that we couldn’t cover it all here; but here are my personal favorites:

New Essentials Line

Our product designers created a brand-new accessories collection called Essentials. The name says it all. These accessories are stylish, streamlined, and designed to upgrade any planning system and match any aesthetic.

EC Insider Week + New EC Insider Loyalty Program

We really do love our EC Insiders! In February we celebrated our third annual EC Insider week with five days of double reward points, gifts, and exclusive perks. Based on your feedback, we've also enhanced our EC Insider loyalty program with more features and benefits.

New Planners and Notebooks

We may have expanded our product line to a wide range of joyful, organizational tools, but we’re still here for all things planners and notebooks, including:

• Launching a versatile, new Notebook collection (pictured in this post’s featured image).
• Collaborating with Brandie + Ryan of Home + Sort to create our first-ever a home organization planner + extended Home Organization Tips with Organizing Experts Home + Sort in our Inspiration Center!
• Curating a fresh assortment of new and best-selling undated planners for flexible planning.
• Launching our 2024-2025 Academic Planner collection, including Star Wars Academic Planners and new designs from artists EttaVee and Alja Horvat.
